The management of Bukham Group Ltd, developers of the Anambra International Market in Oba, last week paid a courtesy visit to Governor Chukwuma Soludo at the Government House, Awka, to brief him on the progress of work at the sprawling commercial project.
The delegation was led by the Group Executive Chairman, Alhaji Bukar Hassan, and included the Managing Director, Mr. Michael Egbule, as well as the Public Relations Manager, Mr. Chuks Collins.

Speaking during the meeting, the developers provided an update on construction milestones achieved so far and outlined ongoing efforts to deliver the market in line with its proposed timeline.
Governor Soludo expressed satisfaction with the progress recorded on the project, describing the initiative as a significant boost to trade and economic development in Anambra State. He, however, urged the developers to accelerate the pace of work and maintain regular communication with his office to ensure seamless coordination.
The governor also assured the company of the state government’s continued support, pledging assistance in critical areas necessary to facilitate the timely completion of the project.

The Anambra International Market is envisioned as a major commercial hub aimed at enhancing business activities and attracting investment to the state.
