Supreme Court justice, Ngwuta, faces tribunal

Supreme Court Justice, Sylvester Ngwuta, this Thursday appeared before the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Abuja, for false declaration of assets.
His trial commences proper July 5, 2017, following pleas from the prosecution, led by Mohammed Umar, to present witnesses then.
Ngwuta was one of the judges who had his home raided by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) detectives last year.
He is currently facing other charges bordering on fraud at a high court in Abuja.
