“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord and not for people” *(Colossians 3:23, GNB)*
JEZUEL, not his real name, is a young, devoted and passionate disciple of Jesus. He works as an IT specialist in a FinTech company. His overriding desire is to please and serve God. His challenge: *“must I accept an ordination in my church to be considered a minister?* And does serving God necessarily mean I must enroll in ‘full-time’ ministry?
*Many believers live with this tension of which part of their lives and work is secular and which is sacred.* Our Lord never intended that for us. His expectation is that ALL of our lives and labors should serve His Kingdom purpose. For some, this may mean leaving all and serving at the altar; while for others, it may simply mean being salt and light in your workplace.
*Your workplace is your platform to Worship, Witness and earn Wages for yourself and for God’s kingdom.*
