More than 24 hours after she was reported missing, Salma Hope Yakubu has been found.
Details are sketchy, but she was allegedly found in an unnamed church after members remembered seeing someone fitting her description in their church in a prayer mode and posture.
A family source disclosed that the members of the church returned to find her unconscious and she was rushed to a hospital where she is presently receiving treatment.
Recall that Salma had stepped out to make a purchase around 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday in the high-end neighbourhood of Rayfield in Jos, the Plateau State capital. But she went missing, raising fears within her family and friends circles.
An alert had gone out for any information concerning her whereabout by desperate family members seeking a missing loved one in a state getting increasingly notorious for violence.
