Three Nigerian ministers indisposed
President Muhammadu Buhari is in far away London receiving treatment for an ear infection; but three of his ministers are also indisposed, it has emerged from the Federal Executive Council (FEC) being presided over by his deputy, Professor Yemi Osinbajo.
Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir David Lawal, let the cat out of the bag as he prayed for them at the opening of the FEC meeting in Abuja Wednesday.
The ailing ministers are: Aisha Al-Hassan (Women Affairs, and Social Development); Ibrahim Usman Jibrin (Minister of State for Environment); Malam Adamu Adamu (Education). Al-Hassan is recuperating from an orthopaedic surgery, while Adamu has back pain. the nature Jibrin,s ailment was not stated.
