The real motive for the visit of the National leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, to Abuja had emerged.
He was in Aso Rock Presidential Villa on Sunday to thank President Muhammadu Buhari for visiting him in London while receiving treatment.
Tinubu said after his meeting with Buhari that “I came to thank President Muhammadu Buhari for visiting me in London when I had a knee surgery. He demonstrated empathy. He is an exceptional leader.”
Last Friday, Tinubu had a private meeting with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, amid speculations they are both interested in taking over from the President in 2023.
