Worried over the menace of cattle that go round the huge Gwarinpa Housing Estate, reputed to be one of Africa’s largest estates, and managed by the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), residents have been poking fun at the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) over its inability to prevent movement of cattle in Abuja, and especially the estate.
They lamented on social media how traffic is obstructed, and flowers and other plants are brazenly eaten by cattle without restraint by their herders. Or even the security agencies!
On Monday, one of such videos and photos was circulating with derogatory remarks.
