Delta Commissioner resumes after testing negative

Delta Commissioner for Information, Mr. Charles Ehiedu Aniagwu, has tested negative for Covid-19, and subsequently resumed at his desk, it has been gathered.
He confirmed to Nigeria Everyday on Wednesday evening that he has resumed.
Last week, the Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa and his wife, Edith tested positive for COVID-19.
On his verified Twitter handle, Okowa announced last week, “My wife and I have tested positive for COVID-19. We are well and continuing with our isolation/medication. We thank you all for your continued prayers for us and our daughter.”
Okowa’s daughter tested positive for the virus which made the entire family go into 14-day self-isolation.
Another Delta official and Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Ebie, also went into isolation like Mr. Aniagwu, but there is no word yet on the state of his health.
