Have you also noticed the jostling for positions and titles in the Church? Do you know there is a belief that the General Overseer is higher in rank than the Assistant G.O; the President & Founder, higher than the Snr. Pastor who also is higher than the Assistant Pastor. The same goes with Directors, Assistant Directors, etc., in church and ministry administration.
Appointment into any of these positions is seen as promotion. There is a concern when the Church begins to attach promotion to positions in His work other than service. This is one of the reasons there is no revival.
