The governor\u2019s daughter, in one of the videos, said,\u00a0\u201cMy name is Jane Eddidiong Ufot, SSA to the Governor on Health, Safety and Environment. Daddy, I\u2019m sending this post to you alone. Please, let\u2019s talk before this destroys everything. I am not a sacrifice. Mummy was\u2014I\u2019m not. I give you a few minutes. If you don\u2019t act, I\u2019ll post this everywhere.\u201d<\/p>\n
In yet another video, also gone viral, she was seen speaking to her daughter, asking her to tell someone she was talking to on the phone,\u00a0\u201cTell Grandpa, \u2018Do you want them to kill us? Do you want us to die like my baby brother died?<\/p>\n
\u201cIf I die today, or if my daughter dies\u2014Agimini\u2014if we die because God is exposing the truth, so be it. But my blood will not go in vain. Please listen to this\u2014I\u2019m more interested in staying alive.\u201d<\/p>\n
Patience Eno, passed away at the hospital on September 26, 2024, after battling an illness.<\/p>\n
But at the birthday event of former Deputy Governor, Obong Nsima Ekere, the governor said,\u00a0\u201cWe\u2019re in political times, so you expect more of this. My family is intact\u2014you can see everyone here. The video in question was recorded shortly after my wife passed away last year. So why is it resurfacing now, just as we\u2019re marking our second anniversary and celebrating our achievements? It only confirms there are detractors.<\/p>\n
