{"id":92810,"date":"2025-01-27T17:38:41","date_gmt":"2025-01-27T17:38:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/everyday.ng\/?p=92810"},"modified":"2025-01-27T17:38:41","modified_gmt":"2025-01-27T17:38:41","slug":"massive-recruitment-in-federal-civil-service-coming","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/everyday.ng\/?p=92810","title":{"rendered":"Massive recruitment in federal civil service coming"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">The Federal Government appears ready to massively recruit civil servants following the opening the opening of its portal for recruitment and an endorsement by the presidency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">Presidential spokesperson, Mr Bayo Onanuga, on Monday endorsed the recruitment exercise when he cited<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">a notice by Taiwo Hassan, Head of Press and Public Relations at the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">The notice had first apeared last week but an unverified disclaimer followed which discouraged many.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">But the latest notice, endorsed by the Presidency reads: \u201cThe Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) is receiving applications for various vacancies in the Federal Civil Service,\u201d the notice reads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">The vacancy announcement was first published on the Commission\u2019s website and in the Sun, Daily Trust and The Nation newspaper of Monday 27th January 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">\u201cEligible applicants are to apply for only one position via the application link:\u00a0https:\/\/recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng. Applicants who are physically challenged should state the nature of their disability,\u201d the notice added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">Applicants were advised to upload the following documents as applicable:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">\u2022 Curriculum Vitae<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">\u2022 Ph.D\/Master\u2019s Degree Certificate<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">\u2022 Degree\/HND\/NCE Certificate<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">\u2022 WAEC\/NECO\/NABTEB Certificate<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">\u2022 Primary School Certificate<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">\u2022 NYSC discharge\/exemption\/exclusion certificate<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">\u2022 Birth Certificate\/Declaration of Age<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">\u2022 Local Government Identification<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">\u2022 Recent Passport photograph<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">The applications, the notice added,\u00a0 are to be submitted on or before Monday, 10th March, 2025.<\/span><!--\/data\/user\/0\/com.samsung.android.app.notes\/files\/clipdata\/clipdata_bodytext_250127_182406_120.sdocx--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Federal Government appears ready to massively recruit civil servants following the opening the opening of its portal for recruitment and an endorsement by the presidency.
