I called those in Dapchi and I was informed that my daughter was not released.<br \/>\nI<strong>nterviewer<\/strong>: How many have been released?<br \/>\n<strong>Sharibu<\/strong>: All of them were released. They said some were dead there and my daughter is alive but they said she is a Christian and that is why they cannot release her. They said if she wants to be released until she converts and become a Muslim and she said she will never become a Muslim.<br \/>\n<strong>Interviewer<\/strong>: Which of the parent whose daughter has been released have you spoken with?<br \/>\n<strong>Sharibu<\/strong>: I spoke to about five to six of them whose daughters were released.<br \/>\n<strong>Interviewer<\/strong>: So, are they presently with their daughters as we speak?<br \/>\n<strong>Sharibu<\/strong>: Yes, they are presently with their daughters in Dapchi according to report.<br \/>\nI<strong>nterviewer<\/strong>: How were they released?<br \/>\n<strong>Sharibu:<\/strong>\u00a0They were dropped inside Dapchi by Boko Haram this morning (Wednesday).<br \/>\n<strong>Interviewer<\/strong>: Around what time where they released?<br \/>\n<strong>Sharibu<\/strong>: Well, it\u2019s not up to 30 minutes (9:20am to the time of interview) now since their arrival.<br \/>\n<strong>Interviewer<\/strong>: So what\u2019s the mood in Dapchi now, I guess jubilation?<br \/>\n<strong>Sharibu<\/strong>: Yes, jubilation but only my side, I am very sad but I am also jubilating too because my daughter did not denounce Christ.<br \/>\nI<strong>nterviewer<\/strong>: What is the name of your daughter?<br \/>\n<strong>Sharibu<\/strong>: Her name is Leah Sharibu<br \/>\n<strong>Interviewer<\/strong>: And you were told because she refused to become a Muslim that\u2019s why they refuse to release her?<br \/>\n<strong>Sharibu<\/strong>: Yes.<br \/>\n<strong>Interviewer<\/strong>: We pray and hope that she will also be release along side the others.<br \/>\n<strong>Sharibu<\/strong>: In Jesus name<br \/>\n<strong>Interviewer<\/strong>: Amen.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, the Nigerian Christians Graduate Fellowship (NCGF) has called on\u00a0all Christians to rise up and pray for the return of Leah &#8211; the only remaining prisoner and only Christian schoolgirl abducted from Dapchi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sharibu spoke to Political Platform, on RayPower 100.5 FM and the interview is reproduced below: Interviewer:\u00a0What is the situation how many of the girls have been returned?
