Many a believer worry about being denied a place by men – the job, contract, admission, or visa we didn’t get. We resort to self-help, placing ourselves where God has not led or placed us._<\/p>\n
This misplacement usually arises for some reasons:<\/p>\n
????LACK OF FAITH in God. Adam and Eve were deceived by the devil to doubt God’s word and wisdom. They bought into the lie eating the forbidden fruit would bring them life, rather than death. (Genesis 3:9-11)<\/p>\n
????GUILT AND SHAME. This disobedience openned their carnal eyes to their “nakedness”. They became uncomfortable with God’s location and fled. The Lord had to ask, “where are you?”_<\/p>\n
????ANXIETY AND FEAR. Elijah abandoned his calling for fear of Jezebel. He fled to the wilderness, living off ravens. God had to ask him, “what are you doing here?” (1Kings 19)_<\/p>\n
When we abandon God’s divine location, for whatever reason, we miss out on God’s, grace and blessings. That is the danger of human misplacement._<\/p>\n
