{"id":66120,"date":"2023-08-20T21:29:39","date_gmt":"2023-08-20T21:29:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/everyday.ng\/?p=66120"},"modified":"2023-08-20T21:29:39","modified_gmt":"2023-08-20T21:29:39","slug":"tinubu-redeploys-yet-to-be-sworn-in-ministers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/everyday.ng\/?p=66120","title":{"rendered":"Tinubu redeploys yet-to-be sworn-in ministers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">Less than 24 hours to the swearing-in of ministers-designate, President Bola Tinubu has effected changes to his cabinet team, moving Engineer Abubakar Momoh from the Ministry of Youth to the Ministry of Niger Delta Development\u00a0 as Minister-designate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">A new minister-designate is to be announced for the Youth Ministry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">Other changes, according to the President&#8217;s spokesman, Mr. Ajuri Ngelale are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">\u25aa\ufe0e Former Osun State Governor, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola is redeployed as the Honourable Minister of Marine &amp; Blue Economy. Adegboyega was initially named for the Transportation Ministry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">\u25aa\ufe0e Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo is redeployed as the Honourable Minister of Interior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">\u25aa\ufe0e Hon. Sa&#8217;idu Alkali is redeployed as the Honourable Minister of Transportation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">The statement adds: &#8220;Furthermore, both Ministers of State in the Oil &amp; Gas sector are now domiciled in the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources with the following designations:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">(i)\u00a0 Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri is the Hon. Minister of State (Oil), Petroleum Resources <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">(ii) Hon. Ekperipe Ekpo is the Hon.
