Four former Governors: Nasir el Rufai (Kaduna), Nyesom Wike (Rivers), Mohammed Badaru (Jigawa), and David Umahi (Ebonyi) have made the list of the long-awaited ministerial nominees, announced on the floor of the Senate by its President, Senator Godswill Akpabio.<\/p>\n
