We live in a world\u00a0 and in times that provide very little reason to be of cheer. Not with all the depressing news of wars, terrorism, banditry and misgovernance. Jesus did warn in John 16 vs. 33 – “In this world, you will have tribulation…”\u00a0 For all these breed myriads of personal challenges.<\/p>\n
Yet this same Jesus charges us, His disciples, to be of\u00a0 good cheer. For real? Yes, there is a reason to be cheerful in the midst of all the\u00a0 despondency. JESUS CHRIST is the reason . He reigns amidst the chaos, He has overcome the enemy and He holds His own (people) securely in His hands.<\/p>\n
In Christ Jesus\u00a0 we have\u00a0 a victorious Lord and the\u00a0 hope of glory. And a reason to be cheerful!<\/p>\n
