Yet without understanding and love, our giving can be a mere drag, duty or show.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Biblical examples of Abel, David, the widow, the woman with the alabaster box, and even Christ Himself, teaches us that our giving should be:<br \/>\u00b6 Selfless and Sacrificial,<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b6 Sincere and Sponteneous,<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b6 Obedience and Stewardship.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">True giving should be a measure of our gratitude and grace, not our grudge and greed. We don&#8217;t give to get, we give because we received.
