{"id":3651,"date":"2017-07-10T23:32:15","date_gmt":"2017-07-10T23:32:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/everyday.ng\/?p=3651"},"modified":"2017-07-10T23:32:15","modified_gmt":"2017-07-10T23:32:15","slug":"who-are-the-hyenas-and-jackals-aisha-buhari-and-shehu-sani-are-referring-to","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/everyday.ng\/?p=3651","title":{"rendered":"Who are the hyenas and jackals Aisha Buhari and Shehu Sani are referring to?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>it is not difficult to figure out one of the hyenas or jackals Senator Shehu Sani is referring in his latest Facebook post, having hinted along that direction in the past; but for wife of President Muhammadu Buhari, Aisha, many continue to ponder over the persons she was talking about in response to Sani&#8217;s post, even as the social is agog with responses to her comments.<br \/>\nBut a source suggested last night those Aisha meant were not too far away from members of an alleged cabal &#8220;generously referred to by Dr. Junaid Mohammed and Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode in numerous social media posts and interviews.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe source added: &#8220;they may all not be culprits since some can only survive in a presidency with Muhammadu Buhari atop; but I am sure if you add others like those accused by Arewa Youths that have been engaging the Biafra proponents, you will not be far from the truth.&#8221;<br \/>\nOnline newspaper, Premium Times, had publicized the posts by Mrs. Buhari and Senator Sani.<br \/>\nPremium Times report read:<br \/>\nAisha Buhari, the wife of the President, has given an insight into the power play at the Nigerian seat of power in the wake of a sickness that has kept her husband out of the country for over two months.<br \/>\nPresident Muhammadu Buhari had flown to London 63 days ago to resume medical treatment after an earlier round early this year.<br \/>\nIn a Facebook post on Monday, Mrs. Buhari took a cue and alluded to some elements around her ailing husband as \u201cthe hyenas\u201d and \u201cthe jackals,\u201d hoping that they would soon be sent out of \u201chis Kingdom\u201d.<br \/>\nMrs. Buhari who is presently in the United Kingdom to see her ailing husband, made the post while responding to a proverbial Facebook post by the senator representing Kaduna Central District, Shehu Sani.<br \/>\nMr. Sani\u2019s post read:<br \/>\n\u201cPrayer for the absent Lion King has waned; until he\u2019s back then they will fall over each other to be on the front row of the palace temple. Now the hyenas and the jackals are scheming and talking to each other in whispered; still doubting whether the Lion King will be back or not\u2026<br \/>\n\u201cIt is the wish of the Hyenas and the Jackals that the Lion King never wakes up or come back so that they can be kings. It is the prayers of the weak animals that the Lion King comes back to save the kingdom from the Hyenas, the wolves and other predators\u201d<br \/>\nResponding to Mr. Sani\u2019s comment also proverbially, Mrs. Buhari said:<br \/>\n\u201cGod has answered the prayers of the weaker Animals. The Hyenas and the jackals will soon be sent out of the kingdom.
