Ibrahim Attahiru,has been submitted to the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Oladayo Amao, by the Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) Nigeria.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commissioner\/CEO, AIB, Engr.
