Former Police Commissioner of Police in Abuja, Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Bala Ciroma is to head the Police Zonal Office, Zone-7, based in Abuja.<\/p>\n\n\n
His posting approved by the Inspector-General,
Usman Alkali Baba comes alongside that of AIG Usman Belel, who takes over at the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) Annex Lagos.<\/p>\n\n\n
AIG John Amadi now heads the Maritime Department; while AIG Adeleke Adeyinka moves to Zone 9 in Umuahia, Abia State.
In a statement, Force spokesman, Commissioner of Police, Frank Mba, discloses further, “In line with the new Manpower Development Policy of the Force, the Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, psc (+), NPM, fdc, has ordered the posting and redeployment of twenty-four (24) Assistant Inspectors General of Police (AIGs) to Zonal Commands and Formations as indicated below: <\/p>\n\n\n
