J. D. Jydson, HACFO Nigeria
(A special message to you from the founder and lead minister of the Hausa Christians Foundation (HACFO))
https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=635392737061124&id=123852348215168
Coca Cola was invented in 1886 by pharmacist John Stith Pemberton, and it is said to have reached (almost) every village on the face of the earth. With 7.8 billion humans on the planet, it is estimated that each one of them will consume at least one Coca Cola product every four days.
Conversely, and sadly, Jesus Christ, the Lord and Saviour of mankind, came more than 2020 years ago; but yet it is believed that over 3.1 billion people have never heard of Him or even His Gospel for the first time in their lives. But thank God for Romans 1: 19-20. As at today, 47,000 unreached people, it is estimated, die every day without having had any contact with any kind of Christian. Roughly, 40.5% of the world’s people groups are unreached.
It is a thing of concern to say that, as at today, the beautiful thing God granted a man the wisdom to make, Coca Cola, is more popular and more accepted than the Saviour of the whole word. But let us thank God that Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God still remains the way, the truth and the life, in Whom no one goes to the father except through. Like others before it, or even after, Coca Cola shall pass away in importance but the Son of God shall remain forever. Amen.
Every Christian has a God-given assignment to be involved in bringing at least one soul to God’s Kingdom. What have you done about this special assignment and mandate as the Lord of our soul gave us in Matthew 28: 18-20? Do you know, for instance, that more unbelievers in the Hausa land are more willing to come to Christ than the readiness of the Church to welcome and disciple them? Have you ever taken note of the millions of unbelievers who have never had a contact with any kind of Christian in the Hausa land? What would it be like to live all your life and never have contact with a Christian and ultimately Jesus Christ? Try to visualise if it was you who did not have this opportunity.
When God’s mission becomes your mission, your life becomes more meaningful, purposeful and productive. Winning Souls to God is the wisest thing to do; it is an eternal investment into your eternity! (Proverbs 11:30)
Please join me to partner with the Holy Spirit to bring in an end-time harvest of souls in Hausa land of Nigeria and Africa. By faith, we believe that the kingdoms of the Hausa land of Nigeria and Africa are now the Kingdom of our God, Yahweh and His Christ (Revelation 11:15)
Just as Apostle Paul took personal responsibility for the Gospel, even so should we all, who have made contact with Hausa people, take. His words in 1 Timothy 1:11 show that, to Paul, the Gospel was a sacred trust . In 1 Corinthians 9:16, he said, “…necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!” Again, in 1 Timothy 1:12, he declared, “…I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry.”
Your conviction about the Gospel must be absolute. Think about it: the salvation of lost souls is God’s number one passion; it is all that heaven stands for. Yet, God committed such a great commission and responsibility to you and me. This is something to be hallowed; too sacrosanct to take lightly.
In Mark 16:15, Jesus said, “…Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature”; this is the Great Commission.
The question is, “Can God trust you to fulfill it?” Are you about His business, or you’re still busy pursuing your own dreams? Let the Gospel, and its spread around the world, mean more to you than anything else in this world. Be committed to it, irrespective of the opposition you might face.
Let’s all learn from Paul; even when the Holy Spirit expressly testified that he’d suffer severe afflictions and be imprisoned if he went to preach in Jerusalem (Acts 20:22-23), he was undeterred. His response was: “… none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God” (Acts 20:24).
2019 was a great and productive year, but 2020 will be much better, greater and productive. Year 2020, is our Year of DEEPER COMMITMENT TO GOD’S KINGDOM AND RIGHTEOUSNESS (Matthew 6:33).
As our faithful Partner, 2019 wouldn’t have been a year full of great testimonies without your generous support. Your faithful support in 2019 is what gives us the confidence that 2020 is going to be by far even greater.
God is calling us to go deeper into our walk with Him in doing the work He entrusted into our hands. At the end of 2020, we shall all have astonishing testimonies of kingdoms invasion, demolition of strongholds, broken chains, saved lives, and transformed and destinies fulfilled…LET’S GO DEEPER IN 2020.
HACFO DESIRES TO DO MORE… TO PARTNER WITH US PLEASE CONTACT US THROUGH:
admin@hacfo.org
missions@hacfo.org
partnersservice@hacfo.org
+234(0)8057543004
www.hacfo.org
THANK YOU FOR LABOURING WITH THE HAUSA CHRISTIANS FOUNDATION (HACFO).
