The legendary singer, *Bob Dylan, in one of his classics &#8211; &#8220;You gotta serve somebody&#8221; &#8211; put it sunctilily: &#8220;&#8230;You&#8217;re gonna have to serve somebody, yes Indeed you&#8217;re gonna have to serve somebody. Well, it may be the devil or it may be the Lord, But you&#8217;re gonna have to serve somebody&#8230;&#8221;<br \/>\nTHERE IS TRUE WORSHIP, ACCEPTABLE TO GOD, AND FALSE WORSHIP &#8211; IDOLATRY. What constitutes true worship and what is idolatry?<br \/>\nTRUE WORSHIP is usually a &#8216;natural&#8217; response to a clear vision and revelation of God. In other words, it is not possible to truly worship a God you have never personally encountered.<br \/>\nProphet ISAIAH, in our text for today, had a vision of The exalted Lord as he went into the temple. His response was worship &#8211; giving honor and reverence to God &#8211; Isaiah 6:1-3<br \/>\nThe DISCIPLES went up to Galilee to wait for the Lord. &#8220;When they saw Him, they worshipped Him&#8230; &#8221; &#8211; Matthew 28:17<br \/>\nWho did you see as you went into your &#8216;temple of worship&#8217; this week &#8211; the exalted Lord or an exalted &#8216;Man\/Woman -of-God&#8217;?<br \/>\nYou can never truly worship The Lord beyond your personal vision and revelation of Him.<br \/>\n<strong>\u25aa Kputu is the International Director of Calvary Ministries (CAPRO), and lives in Lagos.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Sam Kputu A CLEAR VISION OF GOD ALL MEN EVERYWHERE DO WORSHIP.
