Three Nigerian ministers indisposed
\nPresident Muhammadu Buhari is in far away London receiving treatment for an ear infection; but three of his ministers are also indisposed, it has emerged from the Federal Executive Council (FEC) being presided over by his deputy, Professor Yemi Osinbajo.
