But more than anything , do not remain tight \u2013 lipped . Stand up for what you believe in and take it upon yourself to be the change you\u2019ve always wanted . Say \u2018 No \u2019 to the ways of the world and stick out . \u201d<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-18041\" src=\"https:\/\/everyday.ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/images-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"194\" height=\"259\" \/><br \/>\nMedia reports say Phillips will attend the Nursing School at the University of Texas on full scholarship later in the year. Her plan is to one day own her own clinic as a pediatric nurse practitioner.<br \/>\nPhillips shattered the 125 years old academic history of the high school in Texas, USA.<br \/>\nAs a student of Alvin High School she had a 6 . 9 GPA, after earning A \u2019 s throughout her stay in the school. She emerged the first Black valedictorian in the school\u2019s history.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-18042\" src=\"https:\/\/everyday.ng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/download.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"104\" height=\"104\" \/><br \/>\nAlvin High School was originally established in 1894.
