{"id":17427,"date":"2019-05-01T21:06:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-01T21:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/everyday.ng\/?p=17427"},"modified":"2019-05-01T21:06:00","modified_gmt":"2019-05-01T21:06:00","slug":"concerns-over-health-of-traditional-ruler-abducted-in-presidents-hometown","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/everyday.ng\/?p=17427","title":{"rendered":"Concerns over health of traditional ruler abducted in President&#8217;s hometown"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following a media report, it has been revealed that the kidnappers who came on Wednesday night for the Magajin Garin Daura, Musa Umar, in his Daura residence, actually abducted him from the front of his house, where he was sitting.<br \/>\nThe prominent traditional ruler is said to be the father-in-law to the Aide de Camp (ADC) to President Muhammadu Buhari.<br \/>\nThey shot into the air to scare people away and proceeded to force him into the booth of the Peugeot 406 car they came with.<br \/>\nThere were concerns, <strong>Nigeria Everyday<\/strong> gathered, over the manner of the abduction considering the age and size of the victim.<br \/>\nA News Agency of Nigeria report by the Daily Trust states that the kidnappers stormed Umar\u2019s Daura residence at 7pm on Wednesday and sporadically shot into the air, scaring the hell out of bystanders, who scampered for safety.<br \/>\nUmar had just returned from the mosque where he took part in the evening prayer when the incident happened.
