For many it is most likely to be a rhyme in a song or a romantic gesture. To others, a valuable gift or token. Love is one word most loved and yet so misrepresented.<br \/>\n<strong>Our Lord God,\u00a0<\/strong>who in Himself is Love personified, paints a clear picture of Love in His word. He portrays Love as&#8230;<br \/>\n<strong>Obedience<\/strong> ~ &#8220;He who has my commandments and keeps them is he that loves me&#8230;&#8221; &#8211; <strong>Jn. 14:21<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>a Sacrifice\u00a0<\/strong>~ &#8220;Greater Love has no man than this that a man laid down his life for his friends&#8230;&#8221; &#8211; <strong>Jn.15:13<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>a Responsibility<\/strong>\u00a0~ &#8220;&#8230;Do you love me more than these? &#8230; Feed my sheep&#8230; tend my lamb&#8230;&#8221; &#8211; <strong>Jn.21:15<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Love is more than a rhyme in song or romantic gesture\u00a0<\/strong>of a rose, it is a serious Responsibility that comes with sacrifice in obedience.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Sam Kputu If you were to paint your picture of Love, what will it look like?
