Video: The bigger question is: Did the National Assembly carry out any oversight functions?

Where was the National Assembly as the sleaze and corruption took place? Representatives of the people indeed!
Where was the Economic  and Financial Commission (EFCC); and the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC)?
And, of course, all the media houses, mainstream and new media types? It has been a gale of systemic corruption!
