.For N300 million, former Central Banker of Nigeria (CBN), Mr. Godwin Emefiele, can go home on bail, according to an FCT High Court on Wednesday.
But he will remain in Kuje Prison until he pays up and perfects his bail terms.
The presiding judge, Justice Hamza Muazu, ordered Emefiele to produce two sureties in like sum.
The sureties must have certificates of occupancy and titles of property within the Maitama District.
Emefiele was mandated to deposit all his travel documents with the registrar of the court and must remain within the Abuja Municipal Council.
