Two prominent Americans of Igbo ancestry, General W Ward (rtd), the former Commander US African High Command; and Dr E McHenty, creator of the Internet were on Saturday inducted into the Igbo Nation.
The colorful ceremony which held at the Smithsonian Institute of African Museum im Washington DC was presided over by Ohanaeze President General, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu.
Iwuanyanwu was assisted at the event by the Coordinating Chairman of Ohanaeze in Diaspora, Chief Sam Obaji.
Other prominent by Nigerians of Igbo extraction and Americans.
