▪︎ POs, party agents stranded

Collation Officers (COs) for some communities including Ideani, Obosi and two other yet-be-verified communities in Idemili North LGA, have been missing from the collation centre at Ogidi at at 3.24 a.m.
The situation left the Presiding Officers (PO) who officiated at the polling booths of communities, and agents who came to authenticate their wards results, stranded.
They were seen resting or sleeping at every little space all over the compound of INEC at Ogidi.
The Electoral Officer (EO) for the LGA office of INEC, when contacted, admitted to have reported the ugly situation to the State Resident Electoral Officer at Awka, for further directives.
At the time of filing this report, he was still expecting response, or replacement from the state office.
