Less than a week ago, tragedy was averted when a train travelling the Warri-Itakpe route derailed. On Friday in Kubwa, an Abuja-Kadina passenger train derailed again creating credibility problems for the embattled Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC).
No reason has yet been given for the derailment but all passengers are said to be safe.
Comments are still being awaited from the NRC.
