The General Overseer of the Omega Power Ministry, Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, promised to give the parents of Deborah Samuel, the gruesomely slain student of the Shehu Shagari College of Education in Wamakko, Sokoto a source of income, a place to stay in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He has made his promise.
On Tuesday, he gave them a mini estate of a block of 14 flats and a Toyota Corolla car for Uber business.
According to the Apostle, the donations were fully sponsored through tithes and offerings in the OPM church.
