The funeral rites for a former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Late Dr. Obadiah Mailafia, kick off this Thursday evening, November 4, 2021.
A statement by the Burial Steering Committee invited interested persons to come and “pay (their) last respects to a consummate global scholar and technocrat.”
“Tomorrow, November 5, 2021 is the funeral service at same avenue @11am. We look forward to receiving you,” the statement signed by The Rev. Dr. Gideon Para-Mallam, Coordinator of the committee, said.
