Alleging being sidelined by party Chairman, Chief Uche Secondus, seven national officers of the Peoples Democratic Party , PDP, have resigned from their offices.
But the men and woman have vowed to remain in the party.
Those who resigned were: Umoru Hadizat, deputy national women leader; Divine Amina Arong, deputy national auditor; Hassan Yakubu, deputy national organizing secretary; Irona Alphonsus, deputy national financial secretary; Diran Odeyemi, deputy national publicity secretary; and Ahmed Bello, deputy national legal adviser.
The party chieftains in their separate letters to the National Secretary of the party, Senator Unaru Tsauri, on Tuesday, also claimed they were being unfairly treated Secondus.
