The herouc exploits pilot of the air force aircraft was the only bright spot in the crash that claimed seven lives. A female resident around the airport on Channels Television spoke glowingly of the pilots manoeuvers to avoid crashing into residential areas.
Sparse details from the Air Force and the Minister of Aviation, Mr. Hadi Sirika, is calling for calm, but seven persons are dead in an air force plane crash on approach to the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Abuja.
The plane was believed to be on it’s way to embattled Niger State as part of efforts to secure and monitor bandirs’ activities there.
