LOVE is one thing our world idolises and romanticises. No advert or movie is ever complete or attractive without love as a major theme. And yet without a proper understanding, love can be abused or may just be a hype.
For one, LOVE is NOT a feeling or a sentiment that can be as fleeting as the weather; it is a commitment to be sustained irrespective of feelings.
And then, LOVE is not what we GET from others, it is what we GIVE to others. The true measure of love therefore is the amount of SACRIFICE, not the volume of BENEFIT. For God so loved… He GAVE, not RECEIVED.
