It is no longer news that the Governor of Kogi State, Mr. Yahaya Bello, rebuffed the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), which officials returned to Abuja after Bello insisted they be kept in self isolation for the required 14 days before commencing any work in the State.
However, the viral video of his comments questioning the measures being taken to deal with COVID-19 in Nigeria, is reproduced below.
Curiously many on social media applaud the Governor’s logic, while a few say he is playing with fire with the lives of his people.
