Fury taunts Anthony Joshua with mouth-guard in Nigerian colours

Apparently indicating his desire to fight Nigerian-born British boxer, Anthony Joshua, man of the boxing moment, Tyson Fury threw a psychological teaser at Joshua when he flashed a mouth-guard in Nigerian colours before silencing American Deontay Wilder on Saturday.
Meanwhile, talk sport reports that the extent of Tyson Fury’s domination of Deontay Wilder has been revealed as the official scorecards from the judges have been disclosed.
The ‘Gypsy King’ put on a beautiful and brutal display of boxing brilliance to wrestle the WBC heavyweight championship away from Wilder in Las Vegas.
After dropping the previously unbeaten fighter in the third and fifth rounds, Fury literally ran through the American with a series of brutal combinations and co-trainer Mark Breland threw in the towel in the seventh round.

And Fury appeared to goad his domestic rival during the contest by wearing a mouth guard with ‘Nigeria’ scribbled on, which appeared to be in reference to AJ’s Nigerian heritage.
Joshua currently is in Nigeria at the moment and is extremely proud of his origins, proudly bearing a tattoo of the African country on his shoulder. Speaking to talkSPORT on Sunday morning, Fury’s co-promoter Frank Warren warned rival Eddie Hearn to scrap Joshua’s proposed bout with Kubrat Pulev in June.

“Well I was saying all along; let’s make it a 50-50 deal. I never had any problem with that all the way through.
“He was never serious about that fight, now they NEED Tyson Fury. But let’s get where we are; Deontay Wilder has 30 days to invoke a rematch.
“In the meantime, Anthony Joshua has to fight Pulev. They’ve more or less agreed to it and I’m led to believe they’re going to make an announcement on that next week.
“He [Hearn] better pull him out of that Pulev fight because I am a bit worried that if Pulev hits him on the chin he might stop him. In that year he has talked about, Tyson’s stock has dramatically risen.”
