Those waiting to hear whether the Supreme Court will reverse itself or maintain its ruling on handing the Imo State Governorship seat to Senator Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress (APC), after sacking Peoples Democratic Party’s Emeka Ihedioha on January 14, 2020 will have to wait for 12 more days.
The Court has adjourned until March 2 for interested parties to know the latest position on the controversy generated by its last judgment.
The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad led Justices Kayode Ariwoola, Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, Inyang Okoro, Sylvester Ngwuta, Amina Augie, and Uwani Abba-Aji.
There was a heavy security presence around the court before the justices came in.
