The EFCC, according to a statement by its spokesman, Mr. Tony Orilade, is collaborating with the Ministry of Youths and Sports Development and the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC on the national event, which will largely be youth-driven and aptly tagged: “Nigerian Youth Walk against Corruption.”
The Acting Chairman of the EFCC, Ibrahim Magu, while addressing a press conference, jointly organised by the Ministry of Youths and Sports Development, the NYSC and the EFCC on the event at the EFCC headquarters, Abuja, noted that the event was part of the sensitization mandate of the Commission and urged Nigerians across the country to come out en mass to participate and demonstrate their ownership of the anti-graft fight.
