In a trending video, Rivers State Governor, Barrister Nyesom Wike, has told traditional rulers in his state that moving around with their staff of office, rather than walking sticks, to official engagements is now compulsory.
And for a traditional ruler who kept nodding his head while Wike spoke to them, he got tongue-lashed for his alleged hypocrisy.
