The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has declared the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen, guilty of false declaration of assets.
Tribunal chairman, Danladi Umar, ordered the immediate removal of Onnoghen from office as the CJN, Chairman of the National Judicial Council and the Chairman of the Federal Judicial Service Commission.
He is to forfeit monies found in his account as well as having been banned for 10 years from holding public office.
