Details are sketchy at the moment, but bulldozers believed to be from the Federal Capital Territory Authority (FCTA) have moved into the African Independent Television (AIT) premises atop a hill at the prestigioud Asokoro District in Abuja and pulling down structures there.
There has been no statement from AIT and FCTA, but recently there has been a disagreement between AIT founder, Raymond Dokpesi, and government over his movement out and into the country.
