In his second appearance in court this Wednesday morning, immediate past Ekiti Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has been granted bail in the sum of N50 million.
He is also to provide a surety, with a three-year tax clearance certificate, and must have landed property in Lagos.
The former Governor is facing an 11-Count charge before Justice Mojisola Olatoregun of the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) charges are based on corruption and money laundering.
