After a year of being incommunicado and out of circulation, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has been spotted at a worship place in Israel.
Many had doubted suggestions by IPOB and his community people of his alleged disappearance in the hands of security forces within the palace of his father when it was allegedly stormed by security forces.
His brother, Emmanuel confirmed viral videos of his re-appeared.
“I can boldly confirm to you that the person in the video is my brother, Kanu. He was praying in the video that we saw.
“We are happy that he is still alive and we will try to establish communication with him,” Emmanuel told journalists in Umuahia, Abia State.
Afaraukwu community declared Kanu and his parents missing when soldiers of the “Operation Pyton Dance II” allegedly stormed the home of the Kanus.
